Get Your Low Back on Track!

Get Your Low Back on Track: 30 Days to a Healthier Spine

By Raven Sadhaka Seltzer, MA, RYT-500

-- Now available in PDF eBook downloadable format, Amazon Kindle and Print-on-Demand!!

Check out this new comprehensive, self-directed program which guides the reader through easy healing techniques for their lower back issues. Readers are encouraged to educate themselves about their anatomy and their condition, and to take a more active role in their own healing process. You will be guided through very simple yoga-based movements and breath work, and encouraged to examine and adjust your lifestyle and ergonomics in ways that will enhance and support your ongoing healing.

The book consists of 30 short chapters, one for each day of the program. Each chapter deals with a different aspect of healing the lower back and emphasizes its place in the “bigger picture” of the body, mind and spirit connection. The chapters include one pose or movement for each day, as well as a healing affirmation for meditation purposes. There are black and white photos to illustrate the different poses and movements, as well as black and white and color plates from Gray’s Anatomy.

The program is taken directly Ms. Seltzer’s personal experience with herniated discs and spondylolithesis, her recovery from these conditions, and ultimately, her work with clients in private practice.

Get Your Low Back on Track does not offer any medical advice nor is it a substitute for medical treatment or consultation – it merely offers an alternative path to healing. It can be used on its own or in conjunction with other therapies. If you have serious physical or psychological conditions, you should always consult your primary care physician before undertaking this program or any other.

Ms. Seltzer is a yoga therapist and wellness consultant with over 20 years of experience. She has been practicing and teaching in the Boston area since 2003.
